Answer: 5 m

Step-by-step explanation:  

Double the area to get 35. then think what two number multiply to get 35 that are also 2 apart.  7 x 5.  So 7 is the height and 5 is the base.  

Check answer:  A = 1/2xbxh

                               A = 1/2 x 7 x 5

                               A =  1/2 x 35

                               A = 17.5 sq m
