Chewing food Is both a Physical and Chemical change. Digestions begins in the mouth when food is chewed, it is mixed with enzymes from our spit (saliva) which is a chemical change and it breaks down the food. When you chew, You break the food into smaller chunks, making it more little and little as you chew which is a Physical change.
