USSR Researchers have been
curious about extraterrestrial intelligence and of the detection of radio
signals sent by it. It was always in question whether another life exists
parallel to Earth somewhere in the universe. The scientists want to find the
answers on how really life started and its progress to civilizations and
innovations. This was the reason why CETI (Communication with Extraterrestrial
Intelligence) program was created. Some of its attempts were sending messages to Moon
and Mars on 19th and 20th century.
