The length of a rectangle is twice its width. If the perimeter of the rectangle is 54cm , find its length and width.

lets with be - x
then length - 2x
Perimeter= 2*x+2*2x=2x+4x=6x
P=54
6x=55,
x=9 width
2x=2*9=18  length
