find the radius  :-
2pi r = 16 pi
2r = 16
r = 8 cm

height = 1/4 * 8 + 10 = 2+10 = 12 cm

Volume of the cone = 1/3 pi r^2 h = 1/3*pi*8^2*12 =  804.2 cm^3 to nearest tenth  (answer)
