Option C is the correct answer.

[tex]f(x)=x-3 \\ \\ g(x)= x^{2}[/tex]

First we have to find g(4) and then use that value in f(g(4)) to find the value of the expression as shown below:

[tex]g(4)=(4)^{2} \\ \\ g(4)=16 \\ \\ f(g(4))=f(16) \\ \\ f(g(4))=16-3 \\ \\ f(g(4))=13 [/tex]
