I’m trying to say “She showers before she sleeps.” Is it...

“Ella se ducha antes de dormirse.”

Or...

“Ella se ducha antes de dormir.”

...Or does it work in both ways?

It honestly works both ways, but I'd go with the second one. Im a fluent speaker by the way.
