Use the formula y=mx+b

x= the number of classes and y= total tuition

For each class Josh pays 369, so m=369 ( 369x means he pays 369 for each class)

b= 4.50, because even if Josh doesn't take any classes (x=0), he will still have to pay the student fee

y=369x + 4.50
