Solve 3x+5=18 in slope form?

There is no such thing as the slope form of an equation with only a single variable.

If  3x + 5 = 18, then  x = 4 and 1/3 .

There's only a slope if the equation makes a line on a grapoh.
This equation only makes a single point.
