The correct answer is The Arabian Sea and The Strait of Hormuz which lies  between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. It provides the sea passage from the Persian Gulf to the open ocean and is one of the world's most strategically important points. On the north lies Iran, and on the south is the United Arab Emirates and Musandam, an exclave of Oman. About 20% of the world's petroleum passes exactly through the strait, making it a highly important strategic location for international oil trade.
