39 dollars and 46 cents because if you multiply 500 and 52 (weeks in year) is 26000 minus 2000 is 24000. Then divide by 52, you get about 461.54, minus that from 500 and u get $39.46.

If you want to save $2,000 in one year (52 weeks), then you'll need to
set aside an average of  ($2000) / (52 weeks) = $38.36 per week.

How much you're earning makes absolutely no difference.
