There are direct and indirect object pronouns in Spanish.

- Remember that when direct and indirect object pronouns are used together in a sentence, the indirect object pronoun comes before the direct object pronoun.

There are also subject pronouns.

- Subject pronouns often replace a subject noun and can be classified several different ways: by person (first, second, or third person), number (singular or plural), gender (male or female), and formality (formal or informal).
