X = 10 and X = -4

(x-3)^2 = 11 +38

(x-3) ^2 = 49

Taking square root on both sides

√(x-3) ^2 = √ 49

X-3 = +7, -7

X = 7 +3,    X= -7+3

X = 10        X = -4
