Length = X

Width = 5x-3

For perimeter we multiply the dimensions by two.

2(x) + 2(5x-3) = 138

2x + 10x-6 = 138

12x-6 =138

12x=144

144/12 = 12

Length = 12

Width = 5(12) - 3 = 57

Dimensions = 12 x 57
