When a practice is sustainable, it means that it can be used over and over through time. Sustainable practices also benefit, rather than harm, the environment. Though it really depends on where you live, the general answer for this would be wind farms since flood irrigation can only happen in certain conditions. Overfishing would destroy a species over time, and clear cutting is obviously harmful to the environment.
