The length of a rectangle is 24 units. Can the perimeter P of the rectangle be 60 units when its width w is 11 units?​

No it cannot because the perimeter is the sum of all the sides and a rectangle has 4 sides so 24x2 + 11x2 = 70. So the perimeter would be 70 not 60.
