ANSWER:

A fitness professional must not recommend total elimination of fats from diet because fats are needed by the body for performing various functions.  

EXPLANATION:

  • If fats are removed from the diet, an individual will either over eat which will result in weight gain. Also the elimination of fats may result in the "deterioration of the joints" of the body.
  • The body needs good fats for proper functioning and so these must not be totally eliminated from the diet.
