Well human beings derive nutrition from the foods they eat. the food eaten is converted into simple organic substances by process of digestion. they are then absorbed into the blood stream where they are then transposed by blood to various cells of the body. :))))))

By your bloodstream. As blood travels through your body it gives your body the nutrients it needs to survive
