You're not showing the complete picture. However, figures are similar is correspondent sides are proportional. So, option B is not similar to EFGH, because the proportion between correspondent sides would be

[tex]3\div 9=5\div 12[/tex]

which is false.

We can't read the length of side AD, but is should be 6, so that the proportion

[tex]3\div 6=5\div 10[/tex]

would be true. In that case, option A is similar to EFGH.
