Yes, but first we need to get 3/10 to have a denominator of 100 by multiplying the top and bottom by 10, giving 30/100. Now we can add [tex] \frac{30}{100} + \frac{7}{100} [/tex] by just adding across the top and keeping the bottom the same, leaving us with [tex] \frac{37}{100} [/tex]
