cos ( theta ) = Adjacent / Hypotenuse
c² = a² + b² =  5 ²  + 12² = 25 + 144 = 169
c = √ 169 = 13
Angle theta is in the 3rd quadrant.
cos ( theta ) = - 5/13 ≈ - 0.3846
