Why is a sample of 1000 people better than a sample of 100 people?

Answer:

The more people the more results you can factor into a situation. Like testing if you tested 100 there might be a low number of people testing positive but 1000 would be better as you'd have more tested positive and more info to look at if maybe a disease if gene related.
