Answer:

So we know that if we start with an odd number and end with an even or we start with an odd and we end with an even, that means that half of the numbers are odd.

We can even count - 1, 3, 5,  7,  9, 11, 13,15, 17, 19 - 10 which is half.

So since half of the numbers are odd that means that

50% is probability

Number of odd numbers: 10

Total numbers: 20

Probability of picking an odd number = 10/20 = 1/2 or 50%
