consecutive integers are one apart from each tother
they are
x,x+1,x+2

sum is -30
x+x+1+x+2=-30
3x+3=-30
minus 3 both sides
3x=-33
divide 3
x=-11

find rest
x+1=-11+1=-10
x+2=-11+2=-9

they are
-9,-10,-11
