0.28 + 0.2x = 1.5/3 • 6.2 - 1.3
Calculate the expression
0.28 + 0.2x = 3.1 -1.3
Subtract the numbers
0.28 + 0.2x = 1.8
Move constant to right hand side and change it’s sign
0.2x = 1.8 - 0.28
Subtract the numbers
0.2x = 1.52
Divide both sides by 0.2 because we want the x alone
X = 7.6

(Different answers)
X = 38/5
X = 7 3/5
