Answer: I think the answer is x=16

Step-by-step explanation:

y=-16          x=4

   +16             +4

so in order to get a positive number i added 16 to y and 4 to x which equals

y=0 x=8

y=0          x= 8

+16               +4

I added another 16 to y and another 4 to x =   y=16, x=12

y= 16        x=12

    +16          +4

I added another 16 to y and another 4 to x =  y= 32 x= 16

so the answer for x is 16

hopefully i got it right
