The standard form for the equation of a line is Ax+By=C  In this case with the equation y=1/9x+5 B=1 and A=1/9 and C=5 in order to get Ax and By on the same side we can subtract 1/9x from both sides to get this in the correct form and we get Y-1/9x=5
