y = -2/3x + 23/3

Step-by-step explanation:

Let equation of the line be y = mx + c

m = (3-5)/(7-4) = -2/3 gradient/slope formula

sub (4, 5)

5 = -2/3 (4) + c

c = 23/3

therefore, equation of the line is y = -2/3x + 23/3
