Fruit of her womb means child in the Hammurabi's code. Hammurabi was the king of Babylonia, he stablished the stele, the laws that were written in pillar stone, the laws in this code ruled during Hammurabi reign, in this laws they used the term “fruit of her womb” to refer to a pregnant mother unborn child.
