in a blender, mix 1 raw hot dog, 2 handfuls of kale, 4 spoonfuls of sauerkraut, 3 tablespoons of mustard, 6 anchovies, 1 full carrot, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of straight vinegar.
