2 consecutive integers : x and x + 1

x + x + 1 = 57
2x + 1 = 57
2x = 57 - 1
2x = 56
x = 56/2
x = 28

x + 1 = 28 + 1 = 29

so ur 2 numbers r : 28 and 29
