The first one

This is because it cant be the last one because it has nothing to do with 10, and it can't be the 3rd because it doesn't express the number 10. This leaves us with the first one and the second one.

It can't be the second one because it is saying that the probability of getting a number 10 in either paper colour is large, this isn't true because the chance is 1/10, not the other way round, this leaves us with the first one.
