Power = Work done * time

P = (F * d) * t

P = (mg * d) * t

d = 1 step = 10 cm

30 steps = 300 cm

300 cm = 3m

P = (60*9.8 * 3) * 10

P = 17640 Watt

P = 1.764 Kilowatt
