1. patients with this disorder tent to believe there multiple people not in just one body 2. it’s usually caused from trauma which means it’s hard to get over it 3. they tend to do different actions and make/ like different things through each personality aka YOU NEVER KNOW WHICH IS THE MAIN PERSONALITY
