It actually means nothing, it's a producer tag. It's kind of like the credits of the movie but at the beginning, it only exists to tell you who made the beat. Murda on the beat so it's not nice, could be loosely interpreted as Murda made this beat, so it's gonna get pretty gnarly, or something like that.
