DNA polymerase is used to replicate strands. This cannot occur until helicase breaks the strands down and opens the replication forks. Primase makes the primers that are needed to form a strand. The primers are joined by Ligase. In short, the enzymes used in DNA replication are polymerase, helicase, ligase, and primase.
Hope this helps.
