Kinetic energy = 1/2*m*v^2

m = 16 kg
v = 2 m/s

KE = 1/2 * 16 kg * (2m/s)^2
KE = 8 kg * 4 m^2/s^2
KE = 32 kg*m^2/s^2

KE = 32 (kg*m/s^2) * m
KE = 32 N*m

KE = 32 J
