1st to figure out the translation!!
From (-2,5) to (1,1)
The x values changed 3 values positive that means 3 values right
and the y values changed 4 values negative that nears 4 values down

So the rule is
(x + 3 , y - 4)

(3,2) -- > (6,-2)
