What's the difference between natural selection and selective breeding?

In natural selection the "unfit" animals die off, in selective breeding, animals only...um...breed...with animals who meets their requirements.

the difference between natural selection and selective breeding is natural selection happens naturally and selective breeding only occurs when humans intervene
