The answer is D. To find the circumference of a circle you first need to find it's diameter, which is 22. After that, you must multiply by pi or 3.14. 3.14 times 22 = 69.08

The equation for circumference is 2piR. Because your diameter is 22, your radius is 11. 2 x pi = 6.28. 6.28 x 11 = 69.08. So letter D is your answer.
