we could consider the us constitution set up a strong, but not tyrannical government because: They set up a representative government, created a federal system, and balanced the powers
By dividing the government into several branches, not only the governmental operation will become more focus since government workers will not have too much on their plate but we also prevent the government from having too much power and jurisdiction.
