Well, because some of those numbers are repeating, we can just put the first digit. 
So convert them all into decimals
2.8, 2.6, 2.2, 2.5
To order them, we look at the first digit that's not the same (tenth) and order them like regular numbers to get
 2.2, 2.5, 2.6, 2.8 
Convert back to original form
√5, 2.5, 2 1/3, √8
