Prove that 3:8 is equivalent to 12:32

yea it is because when u set it up 3/8=12/32

I put the x in the 32's spot

then I completed the procedure by multiplying straight across to the two numbers across from each other 8*12= 96 then u take the number across from the x and divide  so it would be 96 /3 = 32 which states tht they r equivalent
