What would have happened if Missouri had joined the Union as a slave state

(There would be more Western states in the Union.) - It was already in the union. So the question is very misleading. Missouri was part of the Union, it was going to swing Confederate but the pro-confederates were either killed or thrown off there land. Missouri was a slave owning state but didn't join the confederates because of the union keeping a stranglehold on the legislature. Like they did in Maryland.
