A triangle has a base 7m and area 17.5m. what is the height?

Height = Area / Base
= 17.5 / 7
= 2.5m

You can use the formula:
[tex]A= \frac{1}{2}bh [/tex]

Solve for h:
[tex]h= \frac{2A}{b} [/tex]

Plug in and solve:
[tex]h= \frac{2(17.5)}{7} [/tex]
