Water is vital to organisms to be able to function well. The 4 processes water allows organisms to do would be for cell life which means contributes nutrients to different cells to operate properly, for transport for cell membrane such as Osmosis and Diffusion, for body temperature regulation which allows the body to release heat if needed to regulate the internal temperature's body in response to the outside and lastly for waste excretion such as urine and sweat to remove excess water from the body.
