Given 1.496×10^8 km. (The distance from the sun to earth)
 The speed of light is 299.792*10^3 km/s.
 Then, the time is
 t=d/v
 where
 d:distance
 v:velocity
 (1.496/299.792)*(10^8/10^3)=499.0126 s
