Personal situations include experiences that you have had with too hot and too cold experiences.

For example:

Last night. The water was too hot when I jumped into the bath tub. It burned my skin and caused me to immediately leave the bath tub.

The weather was too cold and I felt the coldness numb my fingers and make me shake uncontrollably when I was seven years old.

I hope this helps!
