This is simple the answer is found by first finding a common number
to find m first multiple the top by 3 and bottom by -5
15m+9n=123                   5m+3(2)=41
-15m+30n=-45                 5m+6=41
9n=123                             5m=35
30n=-45                            m=7
39n=78
n=2
