Answer:
k' = (4,0)

Explanation:
Point J is originally (2,4)
When translated, point J' became (3,3)
We can note that point J was translated 1 unit to the right and 1 unit down.

We will do the same for point k as follows:
Point k is originally (3,1)
Translating it 1 unit and 1 unit down will result in:
k' = (3+1 , 1-1) = (4,0)
